Hayagreev Urja reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to technical, commercial, or regulatory reasons.

6. Site Survey & Installation

Installation timelines are estimates and depend upon:

• Successful site inspection
• Customer approval
• Material availability
• Weather conditions

• DISCOM permissions
• Rooftop accessibility
• Structural suitability

Delays arising from circumstances beyond our control shall not constitute a breach of contract.

7. Government Subsidy

Where applicable, Hayagreev Urja may assist customers in completing documentation for government subsidy schemes.

• Subsidy approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Government Authority.
• Hayagreev Urja does not guarantee subsidy approval or payment.
• Government policies may change without prior notice.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Ensure safe and unrestricted access to the installation site.
• Obtain society, municipal, or other necessary approvals where required.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
• Maintain the installed system as recommended.
• Notify Hayagreev Urja promptly in case of any operational issue.

9. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• An advance payment is required before procurement of materials.
• Balance payments shall be made according to the project milestones.
• Delayed payments may result in project delays.
• Interest may be charged on overdue payments where permitted under applicable law.

Ownership of supplied materials shall remain with Hayagreev Urja until full payment has been received.

10. Product Warranty

Solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, and accessories supplied by Hayagreev Urja are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty terms differ by manufacturer.

Hayagreev Urja will assist customers in coordinating warranty claims but shall not be responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.

11. Installation Workmanship Warranty

Hayagreev Urja provides a workmanship warranty for installation services as specified in the project agreement.

The workmanship warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

• Natural disasters
• Fire
• Flood
• Lightning
• Earthquake
• Cyclones
• Vandalism
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Improper maintenance
• Customer negligence

12. Solar Performance Disclaimer

Estimated power generation is based on industry-standard calculations.

Actual performance depends on several factors including:

• Grid availability
